We are looking for a CRM Platform Developer with a strong Engineering and Analytical background whose role will be to help us leverage technology and different platforms to deliver better CRM, BPO and Data solutions to our clients. Our current pipeline of projects is focused around Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365 and Power Apps) so expertise with these technologies will be considered a huge plus.

You understand how CRM Platforms work (from CRM and Marketing Automation to Integration Platforms and Power App Builders) and even when you don’t know something it’s easy for you to dig deep and find out the details very quickly.
You are a fast learner and you have a “can do anything” attitude. You never shy away from the challenge to go beyond your scope of work and explore different areas of expertise.
You are curious by design. You always try to find better ways to do things. You experiment and you learn by trying. You never stop looking for the right answers.

Last but not least you care. At Reborrn we don’t accept the “this is not my job” mentality. If someone spills coffee on the floor, we pick-up the mop and clean the mess.

What your day to day will look like

You will split your time and attention between the following:
Supporting the BPO team in integrating different platforms and creating automation solutions for various Business Processes. As an example, you may be required to:
Get data from a web form
run some form of data validation
pass the data into a CRM tool
pass them to a VOIP solution through an API call
register the outcome of the call to an SQL database
retrieve it, using the CRM tool again, to launch an automated journey for unsuccessful calls.
Helping the CRM and Data activation teams in retrieving data from relational databases and activating them as part of automated journeys using a scripting language (example: retrieve all customers who have received 3 emails but haven’t opened in the last month and have completed more than 1 web purchases, and create a personalized coupon code that will be used in a CRM flow. The same audience will also be used as a remarketing audience for online ads).
Developing custom functions using a scripting language for extending CRM capabilities and creating workflows. Example: Getting all Open Offers under a specific Opportunity, find the Max value across all of them and then update this value in a specific field under the Opportunity Module. If the value is above a certain threshold then also update the Opportunity Status.
Configure the CRM, setup custom workflows and advanced automations to enable user journeys and business processes in our preferred CRM Platforms (usually MS Dynamics 365 but you could be exposed to Salesforce or Zoho as well)
Assisting the Data teams in creating and optimizing data feeds for their reporting visualization solutions.
