REBORRN is a digital consultancy based in London & in Athens. We are a fast growing hybrid of consultants & makers whose mission is to challenge how a modern consultancy should look like in the Digital Economy. We provide business & product consulting to visionary companies like Google, Coca Cola CEE, Kaizen Gaming, Hertz, G4S SEE and L’OREAL with expertise in Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Advanced Analytics, Digital Products and People Operations.

Over the past 2 years we helped our clients digitally transform their organization by changing their processes, replacing legacy software with modern, cloud CRM and workflow management tools, and optimizing their customer experience.

We are now looking for a mid-senior Data Analyst, part of our CRM & BPO team, to support data visualization, reporting and data analysis projects for our clients.

What your Sprints will look like:

You will be at the heart of a vibrant environment, so you can never expect to have just another typical day at work. We work in sprints, together with the client, to define key challenges, our deliverables and steps to reach our goals.

You will split your time and attention between the following:

  • Data Cleansing and Preparation: retrieve data from different sources, make sure the data is ready for numerical and categorical analysis.

  • Handle missing and inconsistent data together with the business team and find solution for data availability

  • Support our implementation team in data related projects (structure, availability, accuracy)

  • Extract, process, visualize and explore data trying to answer business questions

  • Use tools like Tableau/Data Studio/PowerBi/QlikView to create reports based on client requests

  • Create data definitions and help teams retrieve insights from data sources

  • Create clean, visually compelling charts that will help our teams understand data trends

  • Be the ambassador of data driven decisions

Job requirements

Who are you:

  • Educational Background: at least a Bachelor Degree in a Statistic/Mathematics discipline or a Business Degree with a significant Quantitative part. A Masters’ degree is a strong plus.

  • Professional Experience: you have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Data Analyst role.

  • Experienced with querying relational databases, data cleansing, data visualization using tools such as Tableau/Looker/PowerBi/Data Studio or other.

  • Database skills: you use SQL on a daily basis, can read and understand table structures, filter, group data and can use aggregate functions where required.

  • Proficiency (at a working level) with languages like R/Python is a very strong plus.

  • A substantial knowledge of statistics (i.e. data modelling) is a strong plus.

  • Experienced in breaking down complex business problems into tangible quantitative projects.

  • Experience with ETL and iPaas tools is a definite plus.
