Who are you.
You have 10 years of experience in marketing delivering impact on business results. What’s different about you is that you see the big picture. You are a full life-cycle marketing professional, you have led brands through uncharted territories, you have a keen understanding of marketing strategy, you have innovation as a core competency. Ideally, you come from a dual corporate and start-up/scale-up background with a solid understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
The industries you have experience/exposure in required you to deliver a maximum amount of “bang for the buck”, fast-paced, lean and agile. You are flexible, adaptable, autonomous, hands-on and someone with a high degree of tolerance of ambiguity. You are consistent, detail-oriented and build trust at all levels of the organisation.
You are a fast learner and you have a "can do anything" attitude. Seeking feedback is as important as breathing for you and you believe that mistakes are excellent learning opportunities. You are definitely good with people. You have strong influencing skills and you can intuitively understand their talents and what motivates them. You are naturally structured and disciplined.
You are an agile and evidence-based strategic thinker/decision maker, balancing pace, rigour and risk. You are committed to delivering high quality results, overcoming challenges, focusing on what matters, execution.
You are laser-focused on impact, data-driven, holistic and able to translate strategy into action, building compelling narratives through, motivating others, setting objectives and delivering results.
You build strong relationships and collaborations, managing trusted stakeholder relationships internally and externally, you are a true partner, able to see things 360 degrees. You have exposure/experience in budgeting and forecasting, commercial and with come with financial acumen.
You are tech-savvy, and you constantly search how technology and new tools can make your life easier. You are curious by design and proactive! Definitely a team player so for you company>team>self.
Finally, you identify and develop talent within the team and as part of talent acquisition activities. You continuously look for learning opportunities, building skills and sharing learning both internally and externally.
What’s your day to day.
