Reborrn is a fast growing hybrid of consultants & makers that challenge how a modern consultancy should look like in the Digital Economy. We provide business & product consulting to visionary companies like Google, The Coca Cola Company, Marks & Spencer, G4S SEE and L'Oréal with an expertise in Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Advanced Analytics, Digital Products and People Operations.


We are currently looking to grow our People Operations team with a consultant that will design and deliver culture and organizational change programs to our clients.


Sounds fancy? It’s not. This is not your typical next consulting job. We are looking for a maker, someone that can actually get things to the end. And that can be messy.

Who are you.

You have not necessarily worked in an HR Department before but you know exactly how People Operations practices can impact businesses. You have 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role, delivering impact on business results. What’s different about you is that you see the big picture, you understand how industries work, how companies operate and what needs to change.


You are a storyteller. Great storytellers are good at writing short but meaningful documents, stand out in C-Level meetings, and persuade C-suite executives to switch their perspective to embrace change that will drive business results/impact.


You are a fast learner and you have a "can do anything" attitude. Seeking feedback is as important as breathing for you and you believe that mistakes are excellent learning opportunities. You are definitely good with people. You have strong influencing skills and you can intuitively understand their talents and what motivates them. You are naturally structured and disciplined, able to plan a three months project to the detail and then execute it without missing a deadline.


You are tech-savvy, and you constantly search how technology and new tools can make your life easier. You are curious by design and proactive! We definitely need a team player so for you company>team>self. We are flexible on remote working, so knowing how to stand independently and be self-organized is important too.

What’s your day to day.

We want to ensure that whatever we deliver to our clients is beautifully designed and data backed, so you will be working closely not only with our People Ops team but also with top notch experience designers, data analysts and other dear geeks on a wide range of challenging projects.


We work with some of the most influential organizations in the world on a great variety of projects. You will find yourself redesigning a recruitment process, creating an awesome employee experience for onboarding, working with teams to introduce agile ways of working or running a Design Sprint to help a multinational rebuild their employee development strategy. You will build stuff, create solutions and search for the best tools to solve a business challenge.


In any of the above cases, you will be working in a vibrant environment, so expect intensity and fast change of priorities from time to time. It’s definitely not your comfort zone, we are a startup. But you will never get bored, we promise.
