REBORRN is a management consultancy based in London & in Athens. We are a fast growing hybrid of consultants & makers on a mission to challenge how a modern consultancy should look like in the Digital Economy. We provide business & product consulting to visionary companies like Google, Coca Cola, Kaizen, G4S SEE and L’OREAL with expertise in Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Advanced Analytics, Digital Products and Organization Design.

Our team is currently growing very fast, so we are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support our internal hiring needs and ensure we find our next consultants and makers as well as that we continue to provide a state-of-the-art employee experience. The ideal candidate will be helping us source, screen, and select the right candidates following our how-we-hire principles and will also ensure that employees experience our purpose and values during their onboarding and every day life in Reborrn.

😇 Who you are.
You have an academic background in Business Management or HR and you have already put your theoretical knowledge into practice by gaining hands-on experience in a similar role the last 2-3 years in a fast-paced tech environment is a must.

You are a match-maker by heart. Your passion revolves around helping people find “the one”. In this case, it’s between a candidate and a role. 


Multitasking is your middle name. You can juggle hiring for completely different roles (e.g. Consultants, Designers, etc) at the same time.

The word “settling” is nowhere to be found in your dictionary. So you take all the time it needs and do all it takes to find the right people.


You are good with words both verbally and in writing (in English and in Greek). We recruit and collaborate with people from all over the world, so fluency is needed!

But we don’t only care about what you can do, we also want to know who you are!


You are a fast learner and you have a “can do anything” attitude. You never shy away from the challenge to go beyond your scope of work and explore different areas of expertise.

You are curious by design. You always try to find better ways to do things. You experiment and you learn by trying. You never stop looking for the right answers.

You are a team player, so the formula for success for you is company>team>self.

Last but not least you care. At Reborrn we don’t accept the “this is not my job” mentality. If someone spills coffee on the floor, you pick up the mop and clean the mess.


💪 What your day-to-day will look like.
You will be working in a vibrant environment, so you can never expect to have just another typical day at work. It’s definitely not your comfort zone, but you will never get bored, that is a promise.

You will split your time & attention between the following:

  • Ensure an overall stellar employee experience for all Reborrn employees

  • Coordinate and manage internal processes, such as the eNPS, career paths, OKRs, and development plans

  • Managing and refining our talent acquisition process end to end, ensuring a very positive candidate experience

  • Sourcing and selecting the right talent for us, while also building effective candidate pipelines using different sourcing channels

  • Supporting and coaching Hiring Managers

  • Ensure that our EVP is consistently communicated across all stages of the employee experience journey

  • Revamp and ensure very engaging pre-boarding and onboarding processes

  • Collaborating closely with the Hiring Managers across the organization to capture new requirements and act upon them

  • Actively looking for employer branding opportunities and participate in them

Disclaimer: This is an internal, not client-facing role.  However, when you have some free time, you will also have the opportunity to get exposed to different client projects within the Org. Design Team - and not only (we are huge fans of cross-functional collaboration)
