Reborrn, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, whose role will be to help the organization run successful CRM & Email Marketing campaigns to engage with its consumers and enhance both online and offline sales

Who are you.

You have 2-4 years of experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation or Customer Relationship Management roles. What’s different about you is that you see the big picture. You are a full life-cycle CRM Marketer and you can understand from the best practices of setting up an HTML newsletter and segmenting a list, to landing page optimization in order to deliver optimal performance.

You could setup a campaign in Salesforce Marketing Cloud even with your eyes closed. You have a very good working knowledge of the platform. You excel at setting up email or SMS campaigns, you can do micro-targeting by segmentation, you like to create journeys and automations to engage with consumers across every touchpoint.

You have an active certification as a MC Administrator, Email Specialist or Consultant. (Tip: This is a huge plus!)

You love data but hate reporting. Yes, it’s easy for you to setup a report in Marketing Cloud or download a bunch of XLS. But what really makes you tick is getting actionable insights out of reports and making decisions that will improve the business outcomes.

You are tech-savvy, and you constantly search how technology and new tools can make your life easier. You have some understanding of HTML / CSS / JS code so you know how to setup tracking tags on a website or judge if the markup of an HTML newsletter can be properly used in Marketing Cloud.

You are a fast learner and you have a "can do anything" attitude. Seeking feedback is as important as breathing for you and you believe that mistakes are excellent learning opportunities. You can convey a message in a clear and simple way. You are naturally structured and disciplined.

You are curious by design and proactive! Definitely a team player so for you company>team>self.

What your day to day will look like

You will be working in a vibrant environment, so expect intensity and fast change of priorities from time to time. It’s definitely not your comfort zone, but you will never get bored, that is a promise.

You will be working for one specific client of ours so expect to learn new things about the category and experiment with new tools & strategies. You’ll also have direct day-to-day communication with the client that’s why you need to be autonomous and able to make decisions.

Expect to split your time & attention to the following:

  • List Management. Set up of SMS/email campaigns. Testing. Sending (~ 40% of your time)
  • Creating Automations, loyalty activations, and monitoring their performance (~ 15% of your time)
  • Data Analysis from the Campaigns and proposals for optimization & next actions (~ 15% of your time)
  • Co-creating and providing feedback on the CRM Strategy along with our Head of Analytics and Data Scientists (~ 5% of your time)
  • Liaising with the client and our development team. Handling day-to-day communications and incoming requests from the client (~ 20% of your time)
  • Researching new platforms, tools and processes to help the client achieve their KPIs and business results
