We are currently looking for a Scrum Master for Business Tribes. The incumbent will not find it sufficient to simply guide/facilitate the methodology, but will hack, design and ignite every part based on the possibilities, going above and beyond.
Who are you?
We are looking for a high potential individual with a deep/keen understanding of business strategy and substantial and expansive Agile/SCRUM experience, able to lead/challenge and propulse teams. The Scrum Master will own/drive key client relationships, ensure seamless delivery and the highest standard execution when it comes to leading and managing Agile teams. We are looking for someone who will not settle, but use their experience to raise the bar. You have experience (3-5 years) in a business setting, being part of various functional areas (Marketing, Sales, etc.) delivering value to clients and partners. You led several Agile teams across large -scale projects, not only IT related but with business tribes. You are the next generation of Agile practitioner, you are obsessed with results and adding value at every turn.
Right off the bat, you will be leading an Agile transformation initiative for Marketing teams in a large scale FMCG organization across several countries in Europe. Your role will be to raise awareness, guide and facilitate the conceptual and operational dimensions of the Agile way through workshops and agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives etc.
You have experience with business teams, not only technical. This is key. This role will connect the agile way of working/thinking to business settings through educating, facilitating and empowering teams with little to no technical (software etc.) experience of Agile frameworks (preferably Scrum and Kanban). You can quickly understand organizations and business/operating models. It would be great if you had an Agile certification, but we value experience more.
You have near superhuman people and communication skills. You have the gravitas to give feedback in an honest, straightforward and constructive way. You challenge effectively and with high impact. You are detail-oriented, engaging and know when and how to inspire.
You are driven, responsible and proactive. You don’t need a micro-manager above you to schedule your day. You can take initiative by yourself and you can definitely plan your day, your week, your month alone. You are proactive and you see opportunities where others don’t.

What your day to day will look like
You will anchor the Agile framework, work with the team to build an understanding of the techniques and opportunities for impact in their business context. You will help/lead them create backlogs, use the right technology/tools (Asana, Teams etc.), help build Sprints and act as a Scrum master/expert. You are the reference for the teams. You will assist/guide the teams throughout their agile events and moving forward with their projects. You oversee the overall process and monitor outputs.
