Principal Consultant

REBORRN is a management consultancy based in London and Athens. We work with visionary organisations like The Coca-Cola Company, L’Oreal, Bayer and Philip Morris International, across geographies, with deep expertise in Strategy & Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Business Process Optimisation & Organisation Design.

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Principal Consultant for our Marketing Transformation practice to strategically lead a number of challenging projects, by leading a team of experts while having a hands-on approach. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize marketing processes, enhance team capabilities, and foster innovation. Under this role you will be leading the work and relations with some of our most important clients.

😇 Who are you?

You have 10+ years of experience in either the industry within a multimarket marketing organization or in the agency business and you are a storyteller, having a natural talent for understanding the big picture, effortlessly connect global trends to our day-to-day work, creating a story that brings it all together.

You are someone who truly knows the ins and outs of specific industries. Familiarity with the Consumer Packaged Goods industry will be considered a huge plus. Your expertise goes beyond knowing the mechanics of these industries; you keenly perceive both the challenges they face and the opportunities they present.

What sets you apart is your ability to lead complex client projects. Your exceptional communication skills are integral to your success – you not only excel in managing and nurturing client relationships but also in bringing in new business and skillfully negotiating deals. You thrive in orchestrating energetic working sessions or sprints, and your strength truly shines in presenting and persuading for transformative initiatives during senior leadership meetings.

💪 What your day to day will look like?

Some specific work examples include:

• Develop a new capabilities framework to identify the skills required for the future marketer within the marketing organization of a Consumer Health company.
• Formulate a comprehensive strategy, encompassing not only marketing but also commercial aspects, to challenge the leadership of a CPG company in the Middle East.
• Collaborate with a newly appointed Marketing leader and their team to design a three-year strategy and next year's plan based on OKRs.
• Assist a CMO in restructuring their organization and redesigning the agency operating model.
• Guide a Senior Marketing Leader in developing a new brand platform using a sprint-based approach and applying Design Thinking principles.
• Lead the transformation of a marketing organization through a series of Change Management initiatives, such as establishing and implementing an Annual Global Marketing awards internal institution.

We operate on a hybrid work model and stimulate effective collaboration by meeting up in our offices twice per week. If you don’t live in Athens, you’ll join all-hands in person once a month. In this role you will be expected to travel several times per year for client engagements that require your physical presence.
