Consultant - Org. Design

REBORRN is a management consultancy based in London and Athens. We are a fast-growing hybrid of consultants and makers on a mission to challenge what a modern consultancy should look like in the Digital Economy. We work with visionary organisations like The Coca-Cola Company, L’Oreal, Bayer and Philip Morris International, across geographies, with deep expertise in Strategy & Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Business Process Optimisation & Organisation Design.

We are currently looking to grow our Organisational Design team with a Consultant who will lead, design, and deliver culture and organizational change programs to our clients.

😇 Who are you?
You have either worked in a business role leading large-scale projects and know exactly how people operations practices can impact businesses or you’ve worked in people operations and have great business acumen. You have experience in solving complex challenges and delivering impact on business results. What’s different about you is that you see the big picture, you understand how companies operate, and what needs to change.

You are a storyteller. Great storytellers are good at writing short but meaningful documents, stand out in C-Level meetings and persuade C-suite executives to switch their perspectives to embrace change that will drive impact.

You are a fast learner and you have a "can do anything" attitude. Seeking feedback is as important as breathing for you and you believe that mistakes are excellent learning opportunities. You are definitely good with people. You understand the human aspects of organisational change and can empathize with challenges employees may face. You have strong influencing skills and you can intuitively understand their talents and what motivates them. You are naturally structured and disciplined, able to plan a three months project to the detail, and then execute it without missing a deadline.

You are tech-savvy, and you constantly wonder how technology and new tools can make your life easier. You are curious by design and proactive! We are team players so: company>team>self. Knowing how to stand independently and be self-organized is important too.

💪 What your day to day will look like?
We work with some of the most influential organizations in the world on a great variety of projects. You will find yourself helping a team design their operating system, from their purpose to their rituals and how they give feedback to each other. Or you may help a company define their EVP and translate it to applications. Redesign the employee experience journey, from awareness to recruitment, onboarding, engagement and even exit. Or you may help teams to introduce agile ways of working. You will build stuff, create solutions and search for the best tools to solve a business challenge.

We want to ensure that whatever we deliver to our clients is beautifully designed and data-backed, so you will be working closely not only with our Org Design team but also with top-notch experience designers, data analysts, developers and other consultants on a wide range of challenging projects.

In any of the above cases, you will be working in a vibrant environment, so expect intensity and fast change of priorities from time to time. It’s definitely not your comfort zone, we are a startup. And you will never get bored, we promise!

We operate on a hybrid work model and stimulate effective collaboration by meeting up in our offices at least twice per week. If you don’t live in Athens, you’ll join all-hands in person once a month. In this role you will be expected to travel several times per year for client engagements that require your physical presence.
